A warm welcome to the historical and luxurious Astoria-banquet, concert and conference venue located in the heart of Helsinki.
The neoclassical Astoria was built in 1919. The building was initially designed to function as a cinema and it celebrates its 90 year existence this year. The beautifully preserved and spacious main hall offers a great setting for versatile events, including weddings, seminars, fashion shows as well as auctions.
The hall features original oak wooden flooring, a raised ceiling which is more than eight meters (26ft) tall, ornamental wall and ceiling decorations as well as an impressive oval shaped ceiling dome completed with atmospheric lighting. Such an extraordinary setting will not fail to impress any of your guests.
